SEO: How To Research And Uncover The Most Profitable

What is SEO copywriting? This is where you take keywords, and
you work it into the text that you are writing. This way, when
people search for those keywords, they come up in the text. Now
you may be asking why people don't just place keywords on their
web sites. Why work them into text? This is because it actually
works against you whenever you do that.
Whenever you just list keywords on your site, you send a red
flag to the search engines. This is why people hire freelance
writers to do SEO writing for them. Now that you know what SEO
writing is, how do you find out what are popular keywords?
Well, the good news is that is a lot easier to do than you
think. Sure, you could watch the news or guess what kind of
words get searched the most, most of the people start at the
heart of it. That means going right to the search engines.
Search engines are great, because not only do they help you
find things, but they also list the keywords that are searched
the most. However, choosing the keywords that you will use to
optimize your website are going to work a little bit different
than you may think. For example, if one of the most searched
words is free, that does not do much good to you. That is
because there are trillions of sites out there who are offering
something for free. You are going to want a group of words
called ''long tail keywords''. Long Tail keywords are those 3
and 4-keyword phrases which are very specific to whatever you
are selling. Long Tail keywords are known for producing a
better ROI (return on investment).
Example: "The Girls Next Door" or "Car Hire In America." You
are not just looking for a keyword, you are looking for a group
of keywords. This gives you a better chance that your article
will come up when those keywords are looked for. Highly
specific multi-word phrases tend to be far easier to rank well
than the more generic single keyword or double keyword
phrases.
The next thing that you have to look for is what keywords are
searched the most on all the search engines. This is where you
are going to have to compare things. For example, if you have a
group of keywords that rank high on Google but not on Yahoo! or
MSN, then that may not be the way to go. You want a group of
keywords that ranks high on all search engines.
There are many different ways to come up with profitable
keywords, but the best thing that you can do is to perform a
keywords research. Use Keyword Discovery or Word tracker to
identify long tail
keywords closely related to your niche. You may also identify
misspelled keywords rarely used by internet marketers. Only
then are you truly going to get the best keywords to put into
your website.
