What will you do if you got email from someone that mention your name personally? For me, I will be happier than people who send email to me using 'Dear Friend', right?

But can you imagine if you have 1,000 customer email that you need to email? I bet you will prefer using 'Dear Friend' :P

There are new technology called Autoresponder where you can email your customer with personalize email. It will create higher convertion for whatever you promote. Isn't that will be great?
